What Claude forgot, from the founder's own sessions
For each compaction it takes the conversation that was compacted and pulls out decisions, rules you gave and rejected approaches. GPT-6 Luna checks each against Claude's summary. "Survived" needs a quote from the summary as evidence, checked word for word. Rephrasing counts.
Claude's summaries and the items found before them go to Axiom and OpenAI once, to be checked, then deleted. Your result is private at its own link; share it and the card shows numbers only. Privacy
Axiom Lift keeps every session whole, so the next one gets your decisions back after compaction. Tell it once. First 5 GB free.
